Baby Einstein Blog



Hey everyone! This blog is about the 1997-2012 revival of the PBS kids VHS/DVD series Baby Einstein. I've been a huge fan of the show since I was five years old. Since it's almost been SIX years since the final season aired, I thought I would share my memories of Baby Einstein. I have Baby Mozart from 2002, and a Baby Shakespeare 2000 VHS which i lost. I first saw the show in season two when i read the Books. At a later time I saw it was on DVD and VHS and my Parents decided to watch it. I really liked it. The only problem was it was the First Show i watched and I usually thought it was Sesame Street, that video was Baby Monet: Discovering the Seasons 2005 DVD! It wasn't until a year later that I realized we got Baby MacDonald 2004 DVD and World Animals 2002 DVD and handed them to a 1 Year Old Girl named Fiona when i was Five. I was scared of Bard in World Music and the Cow in Baby Gaileo and Baby MacDonald. I got a real interest in it after i gave their Videos to Fiona. I had just gotten my own TV set with a built in VHS recorder and was able to record any show with a blank tape and press of a button! (This was very near to the end of the VHS era before it was rendered completely obsolete.) I saw Baby Einstein was on one day at Gold's Gym (Numbers Nursrey) and decided to hide from it. Soon I started watching it at Gold's Gym every day until I had every episode that aired to watch anytime I wanted to! I used to have the Bee Puppet from Neighborhood Animals and the Monkey Puppet from Baby Shakespeare/World Animals. My favorite videos are Baby Shakespeare and Baby Van Gogh. Image from  YouTube I hope everyone's been enjoying the Baby Einstein clips I've been uploading. I thought I would write about my experience signing with Baby Einstein. I signed a Contract to act starting with World Music, the 27th BE Video! I think I found out about It on babyeinstein.com or littleeinsteins.com. They had to chose a Famous Toddler, Denver isn't that far from us. They called the studio and found out when to go. It was at where they film Baby Einstein. I think they had us waiting in the same room they shoot the puppet shows on Baby Einstein, it looks a lot smaller in person. It was about the size of my kitchen and living room. They had us sign in and had merchandise we could buy like a Jane the Monkey Puppet. They also had a big screen TV in the corner playing Baby Bach, Lullaby Time, Baby Mozart, Neighborhood Animals, Baby Van Gogh, and classic clips from the 70's Baby Einstein. My Appearance on World Animal Adventure

Like i said in the Previous Entry, i appeared on ANOTHER Baby Einstein Video, yup, Just me at the Magic Store Studios. The Video was World Animal Adventure and my hair was Brown and i wore a Blue Shirt. The Taping went WILD, but i was sad that WAA was the 28th and Final Video in the Series. But i was planned to be on a Remake of Baby MacDonald. Maddie Fretz, getting her Makeup done at Age 2 I was in 2 Scenes of the Video, one i was playing with a Stuffed Penguin and two i was walking with a Stuffed Shark. Maddie Fretz, "Pretty Amazing" Someone came up to me and asked me what it's like to be on Baby Einstein. I answered "Pretty Amazing". It was probably FUN to be in the Final Baby Einstein Video. I had so much fun on that Day! it was AWESOME! (and fun to be back in the Magic Store Studios after World Music). You know, it was great. It was a Good Day. I thought it would be a Fun Video for Babies.
